Welcome to Clovae. These Terms of Use govern your use of the application. By using Clovae, you agree to these terms.

1. Application Description

Clovae is a wardrobe management utility that allows users to:

• Store and organize clothing items
• Create outfit combinations from garments
• Assign outfits to real-world occasions
• Track outfit usage history over time

2. Local-First Architecture

Clovae operates entirely on a local-first data model. No account registration, login system, or cloud synchronization is required.

All data is generated and stored on the user's device.

3. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for managing their own data, including device backups and storage management.

4. In-App Purchases

Clovae offers optional consumable virtual currency ("Points") via Apple In-App Purchase.

Points are non-transferable, have no external monetary value, and exist only within the application environment.

5. Free Usage Limits

• 15 garments
• 8 outfits
• 5 occasions

6. Paid Usage Expansion

Additional content creation requires Points after reaching free limits.

7. Refund Policy

All purchases are processed through Apple. Refund requests must be handled via Apple’s official refund system.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Modify or interfere with app functionality
• Use the application for unlawful purposes

9. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the application. The app may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

10. No Warranty

The application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any data loss, device malfunction, or damages arising from the use or inability to use the application.

12. Intellectual Property

All branding, design, and application logic are protected and may not be copied, redistributed, or reused without permission.

13. Updates to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
